THE CLiC PROGRAM

We use colours in our Retreats as a powerful tool for cultivating awareness, self-reflection, personal development and healing, by using the symbolism of colour to draw positive attributes and associations. At CLiC Retreats we have created a systematic way to work with colours and apply them to a holistic wellness program.

We link the colours to the chakras, positive emotions and create healthy habits around them through meditation, yoga, hypnotherapy and other introspective activities on our Retreats. Living in colour is about choosing to create a life that has rich, vivid experiences instead of leading a faded mediocre existence.

At CLiC Retreats we have a guarantee of quality. We make sure all of our participants have personal attention and we hold our Retreats in top 5-star resorts.

We like to keep our group numbers low. We also never have more than 5 participants per retreat leader. This way you can be rest assured that all participants get the attention they deserve in all sessions, including hands on adjustments in yoga sessions and one on one time with the retreat leaders.

The locations we choose are meticulously picked to ensure luxury quality. Our next Retreat is at Floating Leaf Eco-Luxury Retreat in Bali – a Retreat centre that is highly acclaimed with many accolades.

At CLiC we always guarantee a quality. The program was dreamed up by Suze, who has lots of experience in luxury travel and retreats. The comprehensive program has been put together through the expert consultation of Tracy, a qualified Life Coach with Psychology Degree, and Sandra, a highly trained Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.
