Take some time completely for yourself and join us at Rejuvenate – The Wellness Booth for a day of relaxation, nurturing treatments and immersive wellness experiences. Designed as a small-group retreat, you’ll move through a series of individual experiences at your own pace, with time to relax in between, before coming together for sound healing and a shared lunch. YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE SAUNA + COLD PLUNGE Enjoy your own time in Rejuvenate’s sauna and cold plunge facilities. Move between warmth and cold at a level that feels comfortable for you, or simply enjoy the sauna if the plunge isn’t your thing. MASSAGE Unwind with a 20-minute massage with Shannon, giving your body time to soften, release tension and relax. PERSONAL SOUND EXPERIENCE Following your massage, take a few quiet moments with Suzie for an individual sound experience centred around the standing singing bowl, with additional sound healing instruments. ENERGY + AURA SCAN Experience a Bio-Well scan, which uses fingertip readings to create a visual representation of your energetic state. Your scan is then used to generate personalised music for you to listen to through headphones as you relax. ANCIENT SYMBOL ENERGY CARDS Spend some quiet time exploring the Ancient Symbol Energy Cards and intuitively choosing the symbols that resonate with you. You’ll also receive your own complete pack of cards to take home and continue using after the retreat. GROUP SOUND HEALING Both retreat groups come together for a 45-minute immersive sound healing with Suzie, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow yourself to switch off while the sounds and vibrations move through the space. LUNCH We’ll also come together to enjoy a shared lunch, with tea, coffee and drinks provided by Rejuvenate – The Wellness Booth.
