New Year's Sound Healing & Intention

Service Description

Begin the year in a state of presence, clarity and connection. This 90-minute New Year’s Day Sound Healing is an immersive experience designed to help you consciously arrive in the new year — grounded, open and attuned to what you’re ready to call in. The session will open with ceremonial cacao, followed by a guided meditation and intention-setting journey, allowing space for clarity, reflection and alignment. From here, you’ll be led into a deeply restorative sound healing journey using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding instruments. There will be extended time to lie down comfortably, integrate the sounds, and rest in stillness as intentions settle into the body through awareness and relaxation, before gently returning with a sense of calm, steadiness and alignment.
