Using a combination of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, sound healing works with vibration and frequency to help quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeply relaxed and meditative state. Many people find this allows them to access a level of stillness that can be difficult to reach in everyday life, while others report experiences such as vivid colours, insights, emotional releases or a sense of journeying beyond ordinary awareness. Each one-hour session begins with a guided meditation before participants are immersed in a carefully curated sound journey. Comfortable beds, blankets and bolsters are provided, allowing you to fully relax and surrender to the experience. Held at Keeley’s Dance Studio in Jurien Bay, these sessions offer a peaceful sanctuary away from the demands of everyday life.
