SUNRISE SOUND HEALING AT KALBARRI SKYWALK Experience Sound Healing in the spectacular surrounds of Kalbarri National Park, as the first light of the day brings colour to the Murchison River Gorge. Early morning is a magical time at the Skywalk. The air is fresh, the landscape slowly awakens and the changing light reveals the colours and textures of the ancient gorge. It’s an opportunity to begin your day somewhere extraordinary, with time to pause before the busyness of everyday life begins. Set within the Kalbarri Skywalk concourse, you’ll settle into your own comfortable space surrounded by the ancient landscape, open sky and incredible views of the gorge. YOUR EXPERIENCE The experience begins with a smoke cleansing ritual using white sage, before you settle onto your individual mattress with a bolster, pillow and blanket provided. From there, there is nothing you need to do but lie back, close your eyes and allow yourself to completely switch off. The Sound Bath will weave together crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, multiple gongs, chimes and other acoustic instruments with Shannon’s beautiful live vocals. The different sounds, frequencies and vibrations build in layers around you, creating an immersive experience that can encourage deep relaxation and stillness. Sound Healing offers an opportunity to step away from the constant stimulation of everyday life and allow both body and mind to slow down. You don’t need to know how to meditate, clear your mind or achieve anything during the session. Simply get comfortable and allow the sound and vibration to wash over you. Here, the surroundings become part of the experience — the vastness of the gorge, the open air, the unfolding morning light and the natural sounds of Kalbarri National Park blending with the instruments and voice. As the Sound Healing comes to an end, you’ll have time to gently return before being invited to wander out onto the Skywalk and take in the gorge in the morning light. Leave with time to enjoy the views and carry a little of that stillness into the rest of your day. WHAT TO BRING No previous experience with Sound Healing or meditation is required. Everything you need to be comfortable during the session is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water and dress warmly for the early morning. Layers are ideal as the temperature changes after sunrise. Places for the Sound Healing are limited so that everyone has their own comfortable space.
