Service Description

Step into a deeply restorative practice that blends yin yoga, sound healing, and chakra-inspired lighting into one unique experience in Jurien Bay. In this 60-minute session, you’ll be guided through a gentle sequence of yin postures, each held with support and stillness to allow the body to soften and release. As you move through each chakra, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and rain stick tones are played live to harmonise with the energy centre being activated. Layered behind the live music, subtle solfeggio frequencies and background tones create an unbroken soundscape that carries you deeper into relaxation. Each chakra is accompanied by its corresponding light colour, bathing the room in a soft, shifting glow that enhances the journey. Beginning at the root and rising to the crown, the session moves steadily through grounding, creativity, empowerment, love, expression, intuition, and connection. The experience closes with a guided savasana sound bath, bringing you back to a sense of balance and wholeness. This offering is designed for all levels and requires no prior yoga or meditation experience.
